ROLE:  CAMERA OPERATOR | LIGHTING 

SYNOPSIS: A short film that explores how a woman’s dog called ‘Cinnamon’ navigates his way around London. As he explores different parts of the city, he is met with friendly and positive interactions with everyone he meets.

SUMMARY: I met Kirsty Nwanosike on a film programme. She had asked me to help her with the short film she was doing with her dog. I had originally been her camera operator as I had we had first used my GoPro Hero 7 Black action camera to shoot her dog. We had later decided to scrap all the GoPro footage as it was not compatible with the vision she had with her film. She decided that she would shoot the film with her camera whilst I help with the lighting.

OVERALL: It was a great experience and even though we did not use the footage from the GoPro, using the GoPro for this shoot helped to improve my filmmaking skills using action cameras significantly. For instance,  I had developed my abilities to come up with creative ways to produce amazing actions shots involving dogs.
