ROLE: CAMERA OPERATOR

SYNPOSIS: A short video promoting the aspects of sixth form also know as university gateaway at the Petchey Academy.

SUMMARY: This was a video made during my first year of sixth form for my A levels media class. It was made on final cut pro. Don’t judge the camera quality too much as this video was created on our school camera which at this time was at a poor quality level.

OVERALL: There are many things I could have done as my role as a camera operator to improve this video. For instance, reduce the shakiness of the camera. Even though I was working with bad quality camera’s, I could have found a way to shoot the video to make it look smoother like for example use a tripod or frame my shots better. Overall for my first try at working in a group and being tasked to shoot a video, it could of have been much worse.
